A coffee with fruity notes and a fine citrus flavor. Yemeni coffee is rare and exceptional. The endemic varieties of Arabica have the particularity of being grown at very high altitudes, up to 2,500 meters.
The country has an arid climate and a hostile environment. In order to meet more favorable conditions (temperate environment and fertile soil), coffee trees have the particularity of being grown at very high altitudes, up to 2,500m. The Arabica varieties found in Yemen are also unique.
