COFFEE BEANS YEMEN
A coffee with fruity notes and a fine citrus flavor. Yemeni coffee is rare and exceptional. The endemic varieties of Arabica have the particularity of being grown at very high altitudes, up to 2,500 meters.
The country has an arid climate and a hostile environment. In order to meet more favorable conditions (temperate environment and fertile soil), coffee trees have the particularity of being grown at very high altitudes, up to 2,500m. The Arabica varieties found in Yemen are also unique. In addition to the natural conditions, there is an agricultural know-how transmitted from generation to generation within the families of Yemeni coffee growers. At the end of the process, the coffee will be deposited on drying beds. All of these unique characteristics provide an atypical coffee profile.
