Zambia AA Kachippa Farm

One of the best African coffees, with a flavor similar to the highest-quality Kenyan coffees, but with slightly more subtle acidity. A smooth yet full flavor with sweet, citrus notes of lemon and mandarin. Very attractive, large (AA size), uniform beans. This coffee is processed using the pulped natural method. Sensory score: 85.5 SCA points.

We roast our coffee to order and ship it to you promptly, so you receive exceptionally fresh coffee (sometimes even too fresh to drink right away – a minimum three-day „resting” period is recommended; chemical processes that affect the coffee’s flavor continue during the three days after roasting).

We choose the roast level for each coffee to bring out its natural qualities, but we’re also happy to follow your preferences.

We package our coffee in three-layer, high-barrier bags, hermetically sealed and equipped with a degassing valve and a zipper or clip for repeated opening and closing.

We usually ship coffee as whole beans, but at your request we can grind it to your preferred setting (depending on your brewing method).
