Fair Trade. Organic. Delicious. This Guatemalan coffee comes to us from the very popular Huehuetenango region where the CODECH cooperative produces some of the best coffee in the country. Atlas Coffee Importers, who work with the farmers at CODECH, have helped foster a great community, fantastic coffee, and even an international cupping competition which is how we found Petrona Vargas Ramirez, the farmer of this beautiful coffee.
