We are doing our best in order to serve you everything which is the best and the most natural in one of the biggest coffee chain, Caribou Coffee. We are wandering around the world so as to find and bring you the coffee beans of the best quality. We are choosing the best coffee beans for you among the hundreds of different ones from many countries. Real chocolate and daily milk are used in our products. Why are we doing all that? It is because we want you to live a unique experience when you come to Caribou Coffee.

OUR COMPANY

We are globally competitive and consumer-oriented.

All the shares of Caribou Coffee brand that was brought to Turkish market in 2011 mutually by Al Sayer Family from Kuwait and Yıldız Holding, each having 50% of the shares, will be transferred to Al Sayer Group as of 2015 pursuant to the agreement reached by the partners.

Thus, the Turkey Office of Caribou Coffee, which is the second largest coffee chains of US, will be managed by Al Sayer Group, the Middle East franchise holder of the brand.

Having penetrated the coffee chain market of Turkey by setting up its first shop in Caddebostan, in December 2011, and holding 40 branches in 10 different cities today with a rapid growth, Caribou Coffee aims to have 60 branches until the end of 2016 by sustaining its growth at the same pace.

Our aspiration at Caribou Coffee is to be the Community Place I Love. To help us achieve our aspiration, we created Do Good.

Do Good is one of six company strategies. In 2012, we began publishing our annual Do Good report as a means of providing our guests, consumers, team members and suppliers with a scorecard of our progress, celebrating our accomplishments, hearing from friends that have helped us along the way, and outlining what we're trying to do differently.

We have worked hard to ensure our guests not only get the highest quality coffee but also the peace of mind that their coffee is sourced in an environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable manner. While coffee is our passion, Do Good also focuses on addressing recycling, water conservation, waste reduction and energy efficiency in our coffeehouses. When it comes to our local and global communities, the report highlights our giving efforts including volunteering and monetary/product donations.
