🌱 Sumatra Peaberry – Rare, Rich & Wonderfully Versatile ☕
This Sumatra Peaberry Arabica is a rare gem—known for its round, single-seed shape and exceptional flavor. Clean and rustic, it offers a unique earthy sweetness 🌿 complemented by bold notes of chocolate 🍫, caramel 🍮, and—when roasted medium to dark—warm spice tones of clove and cinnamon 🌶️. With a rich, full body and low acidity, this is a smooth, satisfying cup at any roast level.
Peaberries, also known as caracoli, occur when only one seed develops inside the coffee cherry—resulting in a small, round bean that roasts more evenly and often produces a more concentrated flavor.
Grown on the island of Sumatra, one of Indonesia’s most renowned coffee regions, these beans reflect generations of coffee-growing heritage and complexity. Only about 10–15% of Indonesia’s coffee is Arabica—making this peaberry even more special.
