Beschreibung
This naturally processed Ethiopian coffee offers notes of blueberry, bergamot and cooked pineapple. Grown by smallholder producers around Shantawene village, it brings together mixed heirloom varieties in a vibrant espresso.
The coffee is sourced through Daye Bensa, founded in 2006 by brothers Asefa and Mulugeta Dukamo. Working with growers in Shantawene and neighbouring villages, they connect high-altitude farms with the processing facilities that prepare each lot for export.
