Tasting Notes: Amaretto, Walnut Fudge, & Red Velvet

Description:  A unique and wonderfully balanced, complex cup that is sure to be one that you will want to experience while you can! This cup starts out with a prevalent note of very rich nuttiness, accompanied by notes of juicy stonefruit, and sweet caramel. Soon after, you pick up on notes of extremely smooth chocolate, alongside a hint of walnuts. The coffee deepens and rounds itself as it cools, highlighting a more subtle sweetness and subtle airy creaminess. the chocolate note sticks to the mouth pleasantly as the cup finishes Truly an exquisite cup that you shouldn't miss out on!

Espresso Notes: Recipe: 18g of coffee into 38g of espresso output. Approx. 26-28 second extraction. (Mahlkonig K30 grinder and Faema E-Nova A1 Espresso machine)
This espresso is incredibly heavy, dense, and rich in all the best ways, Like your favorite fudge treat! The espresso is decadent and syrupy right off the bat and follows through all the way. There's a prominent flavor of amaretto that plays with the dark chocolate notes very pleasantly. After the decadent chocolate mellows out, you're left with a lingering acidity that satisfies all your caffeine cravings!
Recommended: Grab your favorite demitasse (tiny cup) and enjoy it straight.
