Beschreibung
Brazil Samba is a coffee with a special character, from the "fine cup" category, ie beans are chosen so that only those that are ripe and perfect to reach your cup remain!
Brazil Samba is a naturally processed coffee, by drying in the sun with the fruit of the coffee tree attached to the bean, which leads to the leakage of sugars from the fruit directly into the bean, leading to a natural sweetness and high creaminess. This processing is the most expensive due to the time required for drying.
Brazil Samba has predominant notes of caramel, chocolate and hazelnuts, a creamy body and low acidity.
The coffee variety is 100% Arabica, Bourbon variety, grown at an average altitude of 1,000 meters, on multiple farms in the Minas Gerais area, being harvested in the agricultural year 2020-2021.
We fried it especially for you with a light to medium frying profile, to highlight your special character, regardless of the method of preparation, be it espresso, filter or mokka pot.
