Beschreibung
Sumatra Gayo Mountain ist ein vollmundiger Kaffee mit langem Abgang, der die Kraft seines Symbols widerspiegelt: des Asiatischen Elefanten. Sein leicht erdiges Profil offenbart feine Noten von rauchigem Toffee und erinnert an einen gut gereiften Rotwein. Kräftig, intensiv und lebendig – ein Muss für alle, die ihren Kaffee schwarz trinken.
Er stammt aus dem Hochland der Gayo-Region, wo sich Bauern zusammengeschlossen haben, um einen natürlich und verantwortungsvoll erzeugten Kaffee zu produzieren. Er wächst auf einer Höhe von etwa 1500 Fuß. Dieser Kaffee wird nach den Vorschriften und ohne Chemikalien oder Pestizide angebaut und verkörpert das Know-how und den Stolz nachhaltiger Produktion.
