Salamat – Philippine Multi-Species Coffee Blend
Flavor Notes: Mandarin • Caramel • Cacao • Pomelo
Salamat is an Arabica-led Philippine coffee blend built for clarity, balance, and a bright citrus finish. Crafted from Arabica from Atok, Benguet; Robusta from Mt. Apo; Excelsa from Laguna; and Liberica (Barako) from Cavite, this blend brings together four distinct profiles into one clean, expressive cup.
The Benguet Arabica leads with structure and citrus brightness. Mt. Apo Robusta adds body and depth. Laguna Excelsa introduces a subtle fruit-forward edge, while Cavite Liberica brings aromatic complexity and a smooth, lingering finish.
Expect notes of mandarin and pomelo layered over a caramel and cacao base, with a crisp acidity that cuts through without overpowering the cup. The result is balanced, vibrant, and easy to return to.
“Salamat” means thank you—a reflection of the connection between farmer, roaster, and every cup poured. This blend is built as an everyday expression of that relationship, sourced directly from farmers in the Philippines and roasted in California.
Designed for versatility, Salamat performs across multiple brew methods while maintaining its brightness and smooth body.
