The local Coati is known for picking the ripest coffee cherries for feeding, allowing an additional breakdown to infuse the coffee beans with additional fruity notes. The high altitudes of the Andean Mountains deliver a rich, well-balanced chocolate and almond flavor with undertones of citrus.
