Beschreibung
Mocha Java is now available in 5 lb. bags only.
If you loved Mocha Java and still want a product in 12 oz. bags, we have two wonderful options we think you’ll enjoy, each offering a unique take on this classic profile:
Mocha Java Classic: A timeless blend that balances rich, chocolatey notes with a hint of fruitiness. It’s a smooth, easy-drinking cup that honors the original Mocha Java tradition. You can learn more about its history here.
Paul’s Blend: For those who prefer a certified organic option, Paul’s Blend offers a vibrant and bold flavor experience, crafted in honor of our co-founder. It’s also featured in our guide to Top 4 Organic Coffees.
Both options celebrate the rich, smooth characteristics you love—while allowing us to focus on sustainable sourcing and roasting excellence.
This shift helps us continue evolving as a company while staying true to our roots of ethically sourced, artisan roasted coffee. We’re excited for you to explore these offerings and discover your new favorite brew.
About Mocha Java:
This blend combines two Ethiopian Sidama coffees (a washed and a dry processed), with a wet-hulled Indonesian coffee from the island of Sumatra. The variety of processing methods combines the sweet/sour blueberry taste of coffees processed in what the trade calls "natural" or "dry processing", with the heavy syrupy body and mellow, buttery flavors of wet-hulled coffee from Sumatra. Mocha and Java is a blend of coffee from two historic ports.
Perfect Cup of Java
"Such a beautifully balanced taste and roast. I look forward to my morning cup. It’s like linen, not heavy but wonderfully substantial." From Kathy Eagle of San Anselmo, California on 12/18/2020.
