恵子/ Keiko - words in Japanese symbolise flowers and blessing nature perfectly to capture the unique essence of specialty coffee. Blending this element into coffee, Keiko is a simple blend that delivers happiness to every single coffee drinker.

This blend brings together two clean wash Ethiopia. First one is Ethiopia Shakisso Kayon Mountain and second one is Kenya Kihuyo. Each component brings its own voice, the structured clarity of a washed process, and the layered depth of calssic natural process meeting in a cup full of contrast and harmony.

Keiko as espresso opens with a vibrant Earl Grey tea aroma and gentle sweetness, followed by a prominent pomegranate fruitiness. The second sip brings subtle lemon sweetness with a delicate tartness reminiscent of rhubarb. With milk, the citrus character shifts into deeper red fruit flavours of cranberry and pomelo, layered with the soft texture and sweetness of white oolong milk tea. A beautifully balanced and endlessly enjoyable white coffee.

Keiko was born from our curiosity exploring the natural sweetness of fruit-forward coffees and balancing it with the clarity of washed profiles. It’s a blend that feels both familiar and new. Fruity, expressive, and quietly upliftings.
