Here at Discovery Coffee, people have been begging us to make a dark roast for years - and we mean YEARS. So, what was the hold up? We wanted to be sure that we made a deliberate rich and bold coffee without any of the lackluster tropes that most dark roast coffees have (read- burnt and oily). Well, Total Eclipse Dark Roast is finally here and it’s a delicious full bodied, velvety roast that’s suited for any brew method. With tasting notes of dark chocolate, roasted pecan, and butterscotch, we know you’ll love what we have worked so hard to develop.
