The Cave Reversible is one of the Rivers' newest pour-overs that can control the taste of coffee and bring the acidity and bitterness closer to the ideal balance by simply turning the face over. The secret is two different rib structures on the front and back.

Side A: Twelve thick and short ribs can be extracted slowly, and the sourness of beans with strong acidity can be alleviated. 

Side B: 24 thin, long and short rib extraction makes the drip speed a little faster, and reduces bitterness. Recommended for people who do not like strong bitter coffee.

The Cave Pour Over is cleverly partnered with the Pond Holder (included). This compact holder can be folded to neatly fit inside your cup for easy storage.
