Named after the Hawaiian hawk, ʻIo (pronounced ee-oh) is a medium roast for those who love smooth, toffee-like sweetness with layers to explore. Direct-trade coffees from Central and South America bring together chocolate richness, dried fruit, and delicate florals. A velvety mouthfeel and chocolaty finish make it satisfying as a straight espresso. With milk, it turns complex and inviting.
