Description
L’infusion à froid révèle toute la douceur naturelle et généreuse en bouche, avec très peu d’acidité.
Ce café est cultivé à très haute altitude afin que les grains mûrissent lentement, pour offrir un goût plus doux et plus complexe. Le domaine Tarrazu de La Minita produit certains des meilleurs cafés au monde, et Oren’s torréfie ce café depuis plus de 30 ans. Altitude : 1 200 à 2 200 mètres au-dessus du niveau de la mer.
