From the remote hills of Burundi’s Muyinga Province, Hafi coffee is crafted by farmers who have perfected natural processing through years of working in isolation. Carefully anaerobically fermented for 24–48 hours, these whole-cherry coffees deliver an intensely jammy sweetness, vibrant fruit character, and remarkable depth.
