Kovachii is a premium certified organic coffee designed to capture the quintessential flavor profile of Northern Peru, the country's largest organic and fair trade specialty coffee producing region. High elevation, mineral rich soil, and ancestral knowledge help to develop a wide range of flavors including Kovachii’s signature chocolate undertones. Sustainably sourced from smallholder farmers in the region of Cajamarca who take great pride in the quality of the beans they produce. Kovachii delivers a sweet, consistent, and refined cup you’ll reach for time and time again. Freshly roasted. Packaged to order.
