Leviathan Cold Brew ®

Roasted in the shadowy fathoms where sunlight dares not reach, Leviathan is our darkest, most formidable cold brew blend. This colossal roast boasts a super heavy body that crashes over your palate like a tidal wave. With very little acidity and brooding notes of smoked cedar, dark chocolate, molasses, and a whisper of cinnamon, Leviathan has been crafted for those who sip with the soul of a sea captain and the heart of a kraken. This cold brew is most ferocious. No frills. No mercy. Best brewed and served cold, but just as powerful hot.

We currently only offer our cold brew in bean form - not canned or bottled. If you want to try it brewed, we brew it weekly at our brewery in Warrenville, IL and keg it for businesses, cafes and restaurants in the greater Chicagoland area.
