We created this blend since 2016, we are making a comeback the usual style of sweet clean coffee on a balanced profile. Last year, we focus on blending chocolatey notes delicated for JURA / Automatic coffee machines.

This year, we blended our new coffees in a similar proportion using ethiopian coffees and produce a comforting and fruity cup. Making this coffee incredibly tasty and floral.

At Dockyardcoffee roast style - We strive to maintain well balanced and enjoyable cup without burning acidity or bitterness.

All coffees will be in whole beans. Suitable for filter / espresso. We roast it in the middle to please both parties.  If you require the coffees to be ground, please inform us in the order notes whether you wish it to be: espresso, moka, filter or cold brew.
