L’une des premières créations d’Oren, ce mélange de style nord-italien est notre espresso maison depuis 1986 et notre torréfaction foncée la plus finement ajustée. Ce mélange se compose de 2/3 de Colombia torréfié à la française et de 1/3 de Sumatra. C’est la conclusion parfaite d’un repas. Infusé à froid, Beowulf révèle des saveurs plus intenses et une texture en bouche onctueuse.
