Descripción

Organic Sumatra Mandheling – Single Origin

On the volcanic slopes of Sumatra, where rich soil and dense forests shape the landscape, coffee is grown with methods as old as the island itself. Farmers still use the traditional wet-hulling (Giling Basah) process, which gives Sumatra its trademark earthy, syrupy character. This is coffee that feels primal and grounding, carrying the essence of its environment straight into your cup.

Our Organic Sumatra Mandheling is roasted Dark, producing a heavy-bodied brew layered with notes of molasses, cedar, and baker’s chocolate. The acidity is low and steady, allowing the cup’s bold, earthy depth to shine through. Each sip feels rich, weighty, and endlessly complex—like a conversation that draws you in and keeps you thinking long after it’s over.

And of course, it’s roasted only after you order, shipped within 24 hours, so you experience its full, fresh intensity.

What’s in the Cup:

  • Origin: Sumatra (Sipangan Bolon Region)

  • Certifications: Organic

  • Roast Level: Dark (Italian/Full City)

  • Flavor Notes: Molasses · Cedar · Baker’s Chocolate

  • Body: Heavy

  • Acidity: Average

  • Process: Wet-Hulled, Patio/Solar Dried

Why you’ll love it: For those who crave coffee with muscle and mystery, Sumatra delivers—deep, earthy, and profoundly satisfying.
