SOURCING & INTENTION

The traditional Italian holiday cake, Panettone, is a staple in our book of flavor calls when tasting coffees. Every year, we create Panettōn, our sweet holiday blend, to represent the flavors of the cake — and to celebrate the relationships we share with producers, partners, and customers alike. We’re pleased to welcome Panettōn back to our lineup for its sixth year: it’s one of our favorite holiday traditions to share with you.

This year’s blend starts with Toliman, Guatemala, a washed coffee that gives Panettōn a sweet bread and caramel base, and a smooth, structured body. The tangy Nairobi AA, Kenya adds the earthiness of raisin and a bright note of candied orange. And the naturally processed Adamo, Ethiopia brings the richness of dried fruit, along with the subtle hint of booze that makes Panettōn so special.

Panettōn is equally at home at your Thanksgiving table, at a holiday party with friends and family, or in your morning coffee mug. Whether you’re gifting it or brewing it, we hope that this bag of Panettōn brings warmth and delight to your holiday season.
