An everyday bag with a tropical streak. Llonis Martinez's natural Parainema brings guava and dried cranberry up front, rounded out by a soft nougat sweetness — easy to brew every morning, and interesting enough that you'll notice.
After visiting the Santa Barbara region of Honduras in 2024, we continued our relationship with producer Llonis Martinez and returned to his Natural Parainema again this season. This year's lot keeps the tropical character we loved, now cleaner, brighter, and more refined. It reflects Llonis's ongoing work to elevate his processing, and it deepens our excitement for a long-term partnership with him.
