„The latest new addition” to our selection is a microlot from Costa Rica, grown at an altitude of 1,200–1,600 m above sea level in the Tarrazú region and processed using the natural method at Beneficio San Diego.

This coffee’s sensory profile is a basket of fruit: peaches, nectarines, and apples dusted with cinnamon, balanced by the tartness of pomegranate. Experts from the SCA awarded this combination 86.5 points.

We roast the coffee to order and ship it to you promptly, so you receive exceptionally fresh coffee (sometimes even too fresh to drink right away—we recommend waiting at least three days; chemical processes that affect the flavor continue in the coffee for three days after roasting).

We choose the roast level for each coffee to bring out its natural qualities, but we’re also happy to accommodate your preferences.

We package the coffee in three-layer, high-barrier bags, hermetically sealed and fitted with a degassing valve and a zipper or clip for repeated opening and closing.

We usually ship coffee as whole beans, but at your request, we can grind it to your preferred coarseness, depending on your brewing method.
