Indonezja Java Kayumas

Another debut in the 3P lineup: Indonesian coffee from the Kayumas region on the island of Java, grown at altitudes of up to 1,600 meters above sea level. It offers notes of dark chocolate, raisins, smoked plums, and red fruit. Processed using the “wet hulled” method, it received a score of 84 points on the SCA scale.

We roast this coffee to order and ship it promptly, so you receive exceptionally fresh coffee (sometimes even too fresh to drink right away—we recommend waiting at least three days; chemical processes that affect the coffee’s flavor continue during this three-day period after roasting).

We choose the roast level for each coffee to bring out its natural qualities, but we’re also happy to accommodate your preferences.

We pack the coffee in three-layer, high-barrier bags, hermetically sealed and equipped with a degassing valve and a resealable zipper or clip.

By default, we ship coffee as whole beans, but on request we can grind it to your preferred size, depending on your brewing method.
