Our Bestselling Medium Roast, Built to Brew Any Way You Like
Shipper Blend is our most-ordered coffee. A medium roast of 100% specialty arabica from three origins, roasted to order in Kuala Lumpur, it pours with dark chocolate richness, bright passionfruit and sugarcane sweetness, and a syrupy, magnolia-sweet finish. It works as espresso, as filter and in milk drinks, which makes it the everyday cup for most kitchens.
Tasting Notes
Dark Chocolate · Passionfruit · Sugarcane

About This Coffee
Shipper Blend brings three origins together in one balanced cup. We chose 100% specialty arabica from El Salvador for its smooth chocolate base and natural sweetness, Ethiopia for vibrant passionfruit and floral complexity, and Indonesia for full body and syrupy texture.
Each origin brings its own character, and together they make a blend that is approachable without being plain. The chocolate and passionfruit notes come through milk, which is why home baristas reach for it as a daily espresso and a latte favourite alike.
How to Brew Shipper Blend
| Espresso | 1:2 ratio: 18g coffee in, 36g out, 28–32 seconds |
| Filter | 1:15 ratio: 18g coffee, 270g water at 93°C |
If your espresso tastes sharp or thin, grind a little finer; if it tastes harsh or dry, grind coarser. For filter, dial the grind to land a 3 to 4 minute brew.
How Much Coffee Is in a Bag?
At 15g a cup, a 300g bag makes about 20 cups, or RM1.95 a cup. Two 300g bags make about 40 cups at about RM1.88 a cup, and the 1kg bag stretches to about 66 cups at RM1.80 a cup. The recipes above use 18g for a fuller cup, so expect a few cups fewer if you brew that way.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Shipper Blend better for espresso or filter?
Both. It pulls a syrupy, chocolatey espresso that holds up in milk drinks, and filter at 1:15 keeps it smooth with a bright passionfruit lift.
What does Shipper Blend taste like?
Dark chocolate richness up front, bright passionfruit and sugarcane sweetness, with a syrupy magnolia finish. Smooth and balanced rather than sharp.
How fresh is the coffee?
We roast to order in Kuala Lumpur, print the roast date on every bag and ship within 24 hours of roasting. It reaches you a few days later. Coffee beans taste best from 5 to 7 days after roasting and stay good to about day 30, so the whole window is yours.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes. It is forgiving and great with milk. A simple 1:2 espresso or 1:15 filter recipe gets you a good cup with little fuss.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, from RM80 in Peninsular Malaysia (RM7 below that). The 1kg bag ships free; two 300g bags at RM75 sit just under the line. East Malaysia ships free from RM150 and Singapore from RM200. Subscriptions ship free anywhere in Malaysia.
