Smooth, sweet and beautifully balanced, this washed coffee from Huehuetenango, Guatemala, offers notes of dried apricot, cocoa and pecan. Since first working together in 2022, we have admired the dedication of producer Andres Ramirez and his wife at their small family farm. A wonderfully approachable single origin coffee, with rich sweetness and delicate fruit.
