Descripción

(Papua New Guinea / Santos / French Guatemalan)

… but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Romans 6:23

Perfect choice for coffee drinkers suffering from digestive issues, or those that just prefer low acidic coffees with a higher level of antioxidants.

100% delicious!

On its own as a single origin coffee, or in a blend, ENGORA FTO coffee is reliable and adds value to the cup. It has the complexity and body to use as an espresso base. It is known for its rich syrupy body, fruity flavor, and high acidity.

Brazil is not only the world’s largest coffee producer, it is also the most complex. It turns out everything from mass produced coffees that rank among the world’s cheapest to elegant coffees prized as the world’s finest origins for espresso brewing. In Brazil, fruit is removed from the bean using four different processing methods, and it is not uncommon for all four methods to be used on the same farm during the same harvest.

Las Nubes, or "Cloud", is a beautiful farm located on the slopes of Volcan Actenango, facing the city of Antigua, Guatemalan. The farm became a coffee plantation in the early 1970’s and is run by the Echeverria family. Humidity at this farm is slightly higher than normal due to its proximity to the coast. This humidity causes coffee to ripen earlier, leading to a unique cupping profile. The coffee is milled in Finca Capetillo which is also owned and run by the family.
