A blend of high quality specialty beans that merry perfectly and are roasted to the edge of darkness for a bold and delightful cup. This coffee was designed as our house espresso, but it performs no matter how you brew. Pull a shot, French press it, drip it, perk it or do a pour over. What ever method you prefer, you will not be disappointed.

Dark Roasted, but not too dark!

Cupping Notes: Round Bodied, slightly sweet & Bold, hints of chocolate & caramel.
