V60 / Pour Over / Filter

• 15g coffee · 250g water · ~2:30

• Medium-fine grind (table salt)

• Bloom 30–40g water for 30s

• Pulse pour to 250g by 1:45

• Drawdown ~2:30, swirl and enjoy

Plunger (Immersion)

• 18g coffee · 300g water · 4:00

• Medium-coarse grind (breadcrumbs)

• Pour 300g water just off boil, stir gently

• Steep 4:00, break crust, skim

• Plunge slowly, serve immediately

Espresso (Pressure)

• 18g in · 36–42g out · 24–28s

• Fine grind, 1:2–1:2.4 ratio

• Tamp level, 9 bar at ~96°C

• Adjust grind to balance sweetness and structure

• For milk drinks: keep milk below 65°C for natural sweetness
