Descrizione
Coffee Roast Level: Medium Dark
Bag Size: 12 Oz.
Tasting Notes: Toast, Caramel & Dark Chocolate
Ingredients: 100% Arabica Coffee
Description:
This unique blend of Honduran, Costa Rican, and Colombian coffees give you an extremely well balanced, complex, bold, and incredibly smooth cup. On the front end, you get very subtle acidity, accompanied by notes of toast and caramel. It then opens up to a very rich and creamy body, with some nice dark chocolate notes. It finishes mellow and smooth, with a very subtle hint of tanginess that lingers pleasantly on the palate. If you think you don’t like darker coffees, we aim to change your mind with this one!
Recipe: 20g of coffee into 34g of espresso output. Approx. 25-28 second extraction. (Mahlkonig K30 grinder and Faema E-Nova A1 Espresso machine)
A traditionalist's profile! This espresso is rich with a creamy body. First thing you'll notice is the decadent caramel scent that radiates from the cup. The espresso tastes of toasted praline and milk chocolate. There is a soft tart note that reminded me of citrus. The espresso is rich and chocolatey, almost like drinking a fudge brownie!
Recommended: Milk based drinks, hot or iced, this coffee won't let you down!
Shelf Life: An unopened bag will remain tasty for five months due to our processes and packaging. We remove most of the oxygen from each bag during our packaging process and replace it with food-grade nitrogen to lovingly cradle these precious beans for a long time. We use the highest quality bags with one-way valves to retain the low-oxygen environment we create and allow our coffee to off-gas naturally.
