El Vergel is an anaerobic natural Colombian coffee from El Vergel Estate in Fresno, Tolima, produced by the Bayter family and Forest Coffee. We taste plum, sweet chocolate and a subtle boozy sweetness, making it a fruit-forward, complex cup that shines on drip, espresso, or cold brew.
