Starting as green, unassuming beans, they are heated until they undergo a chemical metamorphosis. This journey is where the magic happens. We roast and blend this unique coffee blend for the espresso machines. Surprise! Despite its intense flavor, dark roast actually has less caffeine than its lighter counterparts. The prolonged roasting breaks down some of the caffeine content. If you’re someone who loves the rich taste of dark chocolate or the bite of a smoky barbecue, dark roast might just be your perfect match.
