A balance of the characteristic sweetness of the best Guatemalan coffees with bright and fragrant Ethiopian coffee. Pleasantly bright and versatile as filter or espresso.
The components of this blend change as new coffees arrive. It is currently comprised of a washed Guatemala Huehue and a washed Ethiopian from Gedeb, Yirgacheffe.
Freshly roasted in Miami, Florida.
