8AM Blues - Organic

Full body, chocolate with notes of stone fruit, blueberries and a hint of jasmine and lime.

Origin:	Guatemala, Peru, Ethiopia and Rwanda
Process:	Blend of washed and natural.

This season, we sought to combine dark chocolate and stone fruit flavours of Peruvian and Guatemalan coffee from Amazonas and Huehuetenango with the clean and juicy notes of the African coffee from Ethiopia and Rwanda. The coffees are roasted separately to their distinctly separate roasting profiles and subsequently blended to give this blend its bright yet solid presence with all the comfort in the cup you might need on a cold winter day.  Originally conceived as a punchy morning cup, it is mannered well enough to be enjoyed thoroughly after dinner.. or pretty much any time throughout the day.
