Sourced from Mexico and roasted to a medium level, this coffee is designed to preserve more of its natural sweetness and nuanced character. The cup is smooth and approachable, with gentle floral notes, soft chocolate, and a clean finish that makes it equally enjoyable throughout the day or into the evening.

Decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process  (a chemical-free method that uses pure water to gently remove caffeine) it retains much of the coffee’s original character while creating a cup that feels remarkably complete for a decaf.
