Ipê Amarelo is a selection of yellow bourbon varietal and hails from collectives of growers across three distinctive coffee regions: Alta Mogiana, Cerrado Mineiro and Sul de Minas. A combination of mechanical and hand harvesting has been employed across varied landscapes to ensure consistency and quality in every lot.
