Opis
Dos Quebradas is a family-run farm in the mountains of Huila, Colombia, founded by third-generation producer Don Daimer, who returned from Spain in 2010 to transform rugged pastureland into a thriving specialty coffee farm while preserving the natural reserve and twin streams that inspired its name. Drawing on a lifetime of coffee experience, Daimer combines careful cultivation with meticulous post-harvest processing to produce high-quality coffees that reflect the farm’s unique high-altitude terroir and his commitment to excellence.
