This Geisha is the product of merging unique cultural farming practices from all over the world and transforming them into something new. First cultivating and harvesting the world renowned Geisha variety, then using localized Honduran washing techniques, and finally drying on raised African beds. The Caballero family has COE (Cup of Excellence) winning talent and terroir that expresses itself with this coffee.
