It is a coffee with a delicate aroma, characterized by sweet and spicy notes. It has a medium body and a light and pleasant acidity that allows the enhancement of the aromatic note. In the aftertaste, a pleasant cocoa taste can be perceived. Thanks to the particular grinding it is ideal for preparation in Moka. Caffeine is no higher than 0.10%.
