Professional Bar is the blend dedicated to the most demanding baristas that fully expresses the organoleptic properties of real Italian espresso. It is mainly composed of the best Arabica qualities wisely combined with selected Robusta species, thanks to which it expresses a variegated and rich aroma in the cup, a full-bodied and sweet taste, and a golden, stable, and compact cream. Ideal for the bar that wants to guarantee high quality at an affordable cost. The fragrance is ensured by the daily packaging of the blend, homogeneously toasted, in airtight containers equipped with an aroma-saving valve.
