Description
About half the caffeine of an Arabica, without sacrificing flavor: green grape, apple, and magnolia.
In the cup
Green grape and green apple open with a pronounced freshness, followed by magnolia, elegant and soft. The finish is honeyed and clean, with a silky body that slowly evolves as the cup cools.

The story
Aramosa was developed by crossing Coffea arabica and Coffea racemosa, an African species that is highly drought-resistant and naturally low in caffeine, as part of a research program at the Instituto Agronômico de Campinas (IAC). Daterra, a B Corp-certified company in Cerrado Mineiro, processed this BV31 lot with an approximately 72-hour anaerobic natural fermentation in sealed tanks, followed by slow drying on raised beds.
Competition-level freshness
All Over Your Limits coffees are stored green, vacuum-sealed, and in the freezer, using the same technique as competition coffees, and we roast them only when you place your order. The cold stops green beans from aging and protects their sugars, acidity, and aromas: this way, each lot reaches your cup with the same profile it had the day we first tasted it, even months after harvest.
Why Over Your Limits
Because it proves that the future of coffee lies in research.
