The Family Blend is born from the heart of the Tomassi family, who have transformed their differences into perfect harmony. Though Andrè and Emanuele Tomassi have different visions of coffee, they come together in this blend, which represents their unbreakable bond. Each component of the Family Blend expresses their differing visions, which become a strength rather than creating distance. Andrè and Emanuele have found common ground that perfectly expresses their love of coffee.

The Kenya Tumaini, with its bright acidity and notes of blackcurrant, raspberry, and violet, supported by creamy white chocolate sweetness, brings vibrancy and precision to the blend. It represents Andrè’s vision, in pursuit of freshness, clarity, and aromatic complexity.

The Rwanda Rusatira Anaerobic Sleeping Bag, processed with controlled anaerobic fermentation, brings intense, layered sweetness. Its notes of strawberry, red plum, and mango blend with honey and maple syrup, creating a juicy, enveloping structure that adds depth and intensity to the blend.

Finally, the Ethiopia Makhore Natural brings balance and roundness. Its notes of blueberry, strawberry, and orange intertwine with dark caramel and dark chocolate, adding body and a fuller, more lingering finish.
