Tomassi Coffee Blend 1969 is a tribute to the Tomassi family's tradition, which began when they opened their first café in 1969.

This blend embodies the heritage and passion of a family devoted to coffee, offering a blend that brings together three complementary origins: Brazil, Peru, and Ethiopia.

Brazil San Rafael Natural forms the base of the blend, with a rounded, comforting profile characterized by notes of cocoa, chocolate, and nuts. Its structure gives the cup body and stability.

Peru Añas Blues, processed using the washed method, adds balance and aromatic clarity. Its notes of mandarin, honey, and yellow fruit bring sweetness and brightness, enriching the blend with a fresher quality.

Ethiopia Makhore Natural completes the profile with a fruitier, more complex dimension. Strawberry, blueberry, and orange add aromatic depth and make the cup more dynamic.

Together, these three coffees create a harmonious, enveloping blend, with notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, almond, and caramel, a smooth structure, and lingering sweetness.

Blend 1969 is designed to offer a balanced, approachable cup that brings comfort and complexity together while keeping alive the artisanal spirit and tradition that have defined the identity of Tomassi Coffee for generations.
