  • When things get quieter outside and the cold settles in for the day, Winterglow brings exactly what you look for this time of year—warmth, depth, and calm in your cup. Our Christmas coffee combines classic winter flavors with balanced, natural sweetness and a structure that works beautifully as both filter coffee and espresso. In the filter, notes of dried cranberry, red grape, and caramelized nuts unfold—soft, bright, and inviting. As espresso, the blend shows its bolder side, with hints of cherry, hazelnut cream, and Speculoos—dense, rounded, and festive. The result is a coffee that captures the mood of the season without being loud—bright and cozy as a filter coffee, bold and cozy as espresso.

  • The main component of our Winterglow comes from the Ayarza region of Guatemala. Various Arabica varieties were processed using the Natural method for this coffee. It gives the coffee its velvety body and delicate sweetness. After processing, Olam handles the export, while Café Imports Europe organizes the import to Europe. The blend is rounded out with coffees from Brazil: a naturally processed Red Catuai variety for the filter, and a naturally processed Red Bourbon for the espresso. Both add structure, depth, and a rounded character to the blend—a warm foundation that lets Guatemalan elegance shine.
