  • Lambari is our classic espresso. Roasted a little darker for even less acidity and with a focus on roast flavors. The classic natural process gives the cup plenty of sweetness, which the darker roast brings out beautifully. For lovers of classic Italian espresso and fans of our One Origin coffee, available exclusively at Roastmarket. Lambari really stands up in milk drinks—bold, chocolatey, classic!

  • The growing region around Lambari in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais is known for its consistent quality. Located just behind the Mantiqueira Hills and at a crossroads with Campos das Vertentes—a transition zone between the Atlantic Forest and the Cerrado biome—the region offers the opportunity to discover very distinctive cup profiles. Because of the many rivers that flow down from the water sources in the Mantiqueira Hills, the region is also part of what is known as Circuito das Águas (Water Circuit). Coffee production there is based mainly on smallholder farmers, who grow coffee at an altitude of 1,000–1,300 meters.
