It has an intense, long-lasting finish and is an expressive, fruit-forward coffee with exceptional depth.

The coffee cherries are dried as whole fruit on shaded drying beds in a climate-controlled drying house. Regular turning and controlled conditions ensure even drying and support the development of sweetness, fruitiness, and complexity. A precisely controlled process that puts the lot’s character center stage. Each of its exclusive lots is vacuum-sealed and transported to us under climate-controlled conditions to preserve its exceptional quality.
